Take out what you do not need
Scanners add blank pages. Exports add a cover sheet nobody needs. Forms come with pages of instructions you do not want to send back. Open the PDF, remove those pages in the page list, and download the rest as one document.
Good for
- Blank pages from a double-sided scan of one-sided paper.
- Instruction pages at the front of a form you are returning.
- Duplicate pages after merging several files.
- Pages that should not go to the person you are sending the document to.
Delete, or extract?
If you are keeping most of the document, delete the few pages you do not want. If you are keeping only a few pages, it is quicker to extract them into a new file.
Tips
- Check the page before removing it. Thumbnails are small; zoom in on anything you are unsure of.
- Removed the wrong one? Undo brings it back while the document is open.
- Pages need reordering too? The same page list lets you drag them into order and turn them.
- Deleting pages to make the file smaller? It often helps more than compression. For the rest, compress the PDF.

- Can I remove several pages at once?
- Yes. Remove as many as you like before downloading.
- Can I get a page back?
- Yes. Undo brings it back, as long as the document is still open.
- I only want a few pages. Is there a quicker way?
- Yes. Extract them instead, which saves just the pages you name as a new PDF.
- Is the original changed?
- The file on your computer is not touched. You download a new copy without those pages.
