Questions
- What ends up in the spreadsheet?
- Each page becomes a sheet. Ruled tables become cells, one row per table row. A page with no table is written out one line of text per row, so nothing is lost.
- Are the numbers real numbers?
- They are written as they appear on the page, as text, so a figure is never mistaken for a formula. Excel converts a column to numbers in one step if you need to add them up.
- What does it cost?
- Opening and editing the PDF is free. The converted file is $2, or $19 a year for unlimited downloads. You pay only when you ask for the file.
- What happens to my file?
- It is deleted 24 hours after your last edit. Files are processed on servers in Germany, and the site carries no tracking of any kind.
